All payments for coins liquidated by First Fidelity Reserve will be processed and sent in 10-15 business days unless specified otherwise in writing by management. Due to the changing price of gold, platinum and silver, the offer price for a coin is subject to change. **Dealer cost prices are calculated at time of transaction. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after receipt of good funds.
All purchasers are directed to carefully read all terms and conditions that accompany all purchased products. Some experts may recommend that in typical times, a diversified portfolio contain a rare coin or precious metals component of 5% minimum to 25% maximum. The collectible coin market is speculative and unregulated. Many areas of numismatics lend themselves to third party grading and authentication. Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading of coins. CUSTOMER KNOWINGLY WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY DISPUTE WITH FFR. Customer agrees to pay all costs, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and prejudgment interest, for any binding arbitration action brought by First Fidelity Reserve to collect payment of unpaid invoices, and for any action brought by Customer against First Fidelity Reserve, in which First Fidelity Reserve prevails based upon the provisions of these terms and conditions, or regarding any unpaid invoice.
